In april I joined the 30 day challenge Rewild Your Life.
The challenge was to spend a minimum of 30 minutes outdoors each day, for 30 days.
As I already spend quite a lot of time outdoors almost every day, and for me this challenge was more about trying to find a deeper connection with nature, about feeling more connected when spending time in nature and tuning in even more with my environment when exploring.
During the challenge I decided to keep a journal.
On day one I made my journal, using old magazines and eco-friendly paper to bind it. During the 30 days my journal developed from something like a simple notebook, to a thick, heavy book full of experiences, moments and feelings. It reflects everything I did, saw, learned and discovered during my 30 days of rewilding.
This is my journal.
